We collect information you provide when you create an account, complete your profile, create or take an assessment, contact us, or otherwise use the Service. This may include your name, email address, professional history, skills, assessment responses, certifications, and content you upload.
When an assessment uses identity verification or monitoring, the Service may collect the related verification and proctoring data described to you before you begin, such as webcam or screen signals and review events.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate accounts; administer assessments and certifications; match candidates with opportunities; process purchases; prevent abuse; and communicate with you about the Service.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and product improvement. We do not sell personal information.
- Assessment results and profile information may be shown to companies or other people when you choose to make them discoverable or share them.
- We use service providers such as authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, and email providers to operate the Service on our behalf.
